    That is a compiled Flash file, and is not ment to be edited. You can open it in Flash though. Good luck!

    If you just want to see it you can use Flash Player for that.

    Well, usually you can open these files in your internet browser if you have activex installed(in internet explorer, that small yellow popup comes on top asking you to install it). Or you can try this site - http://www.browsertools.net/SWF-Opener/index.html - for info on it...

    Open it in a browser like ie explorer or firefox. This is a closed file and you won't be able to edit it.
