Scott S.M / Canberra ACT, AUKnows about: WSSI used to run a hosting company off FreeBSD (Unix). Debian is also great if you prefer Linux. Both are free, have specific builds of MySQL for the OS, support loads of hardware and are easy to use. FreeBSD is very secure.
