    I think it is a little early to tell which is the best :) But I have written a blog post http://blog.Hinshelwood.com called "MVVM for Dummies" that can get you started in MVVM but I would recommend http://silverlight.microsoft.com For silverlight stuff.

    For these topics the book writing cycle is a little long... Use Google and read the same amount you would in a book and you will be better off...
