Aardvark

Hi Jildou - Have you ever had a situation where you had a problem and you instantly thought of - say - Mark, as he would have been able to fix it in 2 seconds. One of the next things might be "social-sourcing" a new form of "out-sourcing". Actually it IS allready out there - and Aardvark is such a service: Help is instantly and based on a global network of people! So mind-sharing is a good guess!

thanks, it is true. Im doing a crowdsourcing project for the city Amsterdam. Next week it goes live :) Do you have suggestion which international communities can help, beside Aardvark?

Well, besides this - Aardvark - at the moment I do not know where orginized "croud sourcing" are to be found on the net. As a note I can tell you that a collegue of mine have written a project about that subject, and one of the headlines in the conclusion was that companies who allready had tried it got a factor 7 increse in speed - so only 1/7 of the time was spend on a task!

An increase of 7 in speed is in innovation? Sounds good? Did he publice something where I can read it?

My collegue only mentioned during lunch - so I do not know much about details at the moment, but it cought my attention and if you watch my BLOG: http://www.nets.dk/wordpress/ I will try to get more details and post a blog there soon. By the way it was a woman collegue :)
